This Privacy Policy applies to the Thinker AI mobile application (“Application”) developed by Tunahan Gokce (“Service Provider”) as a freemium service. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. The Application is provided “as is.”

When you download and use Thinker AI, we may collect certain information automatically, including but not limited to:
- Your device’s Internet Protocol (IP) address
- Usage data such as the pages you access, time and date of your visits, and time spent on the Application
- Your mobile device’s operating system and general usage statistics
The Application does not collect precise location data.
For an improved user experience, you may be asked to sign in using Apple Sign-In or Google Sign-In. These services may provide your name, email address, and profile picture, which are used solely for account creation and identification within Thinker AI.
Thinker AI stores your conversation history and related AI chat data in secure cloud storage. This data is used only to provide and improve the Application’s core functionality, such as maintaining chat history across sessions.
The Service Provider may contact you occasionally with important notices, updates, or promotional information.
In addition, the Application may collect certain data for analytics purposes through third-party platforms. This may include:
- Device identifiers
- App interaction events (e.g., app installs, launches, in-app actions)
- Approximate location (derived from IP address)
No personally identifiable information such as passwords or payment details is shared with third-party partners.
3. Third-Party Services and Data Sharing
Thinker AI integrates with third-party services to operate effectively and support subscription management. These third-party services may collect and process data in accordance with their own privacy policies.
The Application currently uses the following third-party providers:
- Firebase (for analytics, crash reporting, and authentication)
- RevenueCat (for managing in-app purchases and subscriptions)
- Superwall (for paywall presentation, A/B testing, and subscription analytics)
- OpenAI / compatible AI providers (for processing your chat messages and generating AI responses)

Please note that messages you send within the Application are processed by AI model providers to generate responses. Do not share sensitive personal information in your conversations.
4. Opt-Out Rights
You can stop all data collection by uninstalling the Application. You may use the standard uninstall procedure available on your mobile device or through the app marketplace. You may also limit personalized analytics by adjusting your device’s privacy settings (such as limiting ad tracking on iOS).
5. Data Retention Policy
User-provided data, including conversation history, will be retained as long as your account remains active and for a reasonable period thereafter to comply with legal or operational requirements.
If you wish to delete your account or any user data, please contact support@kebappstudio.com. We will process your request within a reasonable time.
6. Children’s Privacy
Thinker AI is not intended for children under the age of 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided personal information, we will promptly delete it from our servers.

7. Security
